This feature was available in Android and iOS beta versions from January and now the company has announced that it is available for iPhone and Android devices. The company said it was the feature that was most sought after by consumers. The WhatsApp-owned company promised to introduce it soon in 2018, and now, two years later, it has become available to consumers, many of whom have been waiting patiently.

This feature has been available to users since Tuesday night and will be available to all users in the next few days.As mentioned above, this feature is being highly sought after by users using Facebook's proprietary service, and its arrival is so surprising because of the delays that Google and Apple released last year. Submitted, it contained the Phil Dark theme.

However, now it has been introduced and according to the company, WhatsApp's drag mode is designed to reduce eye strain in low light environments while avoiding situations where your phone is lit.
The company didn't mention it, but the Dark mode also improves battery life because the darker color requires less energy than the display.Dark mode in iPhone will be available to users only if their device is working on iOS 13.Likewise, on phones running Android 10, if the system theme is dark then this will apply in WhatsApp.

Android 9 and below will have to go to Settings and select the Chat and Dark theme option, if you are not yet available you will be able to use it in a few days.
Previously, Dark Mode has been introduced in YouTube, Facebook Messenger and many other apps, but this feature is not yet available in Facebook's main app and has started testing in Facebook Lite in the past.
